Getting the reflection layer in the Gimp, can be done by adding a script from and copying the script into C:\Program Files\GIMP\2.0\share\gimp\2.0\scripts
# Restart GIMP
# Open a Picture
# Go to Filters > Decor > Reflection
# Save your picture as PNG (to use
alpha channel) or JPEG.
